  • It incorporates advanced intermediate frequency induction heating and vacuum/protective atmosphere systems, enabling ultra-high-temperature operations (attaining 3200C) to fulfill the rigorous sintering and heat treatment needs of various advanced materials.
  • Offered in three model variants, the furnace delivers flexible options tailored for small-batch tests orsample fabrication. It employs IGBT control (paired with the Japanese Shimaden FP93 temperature controller) and American Raytek infrared temperature sensing (covering 1000°C-3200°C), ensuring precise temperature regulation and a temperature uniformity of ±5C.
  • Operating under vacuum or Argon (micro-positive pressure) conditions, it is equipped with a closed internal circulating water cooling system to achieve stable heat dissipation. Optional accessories (e.g.,gas purifiers) can be customized according to specific material processing requirements, rendering it ideal for R&D activities and small-scale production in material science fields.
